Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

The West Loop is a foodie mecca. An explosion of excellent eateries have taken over this former industrial area, turning the historic warehouses into some of the city’s hottest restaurants. A former meat-packing district, the West Loop has become one of the most dynamic dining destinations in the city. In particular, a stretch of Randolph Street known as Restaurant Row is where you’ll find many of the neighborhood’s most celebrated spots, from high-end tasting menus to hidden ramen joints to fourth-generation sandwich shops. The West Loop is also home to Greektown, a bustling enclave overflowing with traditional restaurants, bakeries, and delis, and the National Hellenic Museum — the second oldest American institution dedicated to Greek culture. Nearby Fulton Market has a cool industrial vibe that bursts with activity, thanks to tons of trendy restaurants and bars that have taken over the old warehouse spaces. Between meals, you can explore the West Loops’s art galleries, cool shops, and boutique hotels. Check out the year-round Randolph Street Market for unusual vintage and antique finds. In the summer, the market heads outdoors with live music and pop-up bars. Head to walk-up window at BomboBar for Instagram-worthy desserts to go. Order a round of crispy pig face at Girl and the Goat where Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard runs the kitchen. Try one of the best burgers in America at refined diner Au Cheval — it’s worth the wait.

Guest Access

We believe in giving guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. You'll self check-in with ease using the lockbox — no need to coordinate arrival times. I'm available by message throughout your stay and typically respond within an hour. If anything comes up — a question about the space, a restaurant recommendation, or anything else — don't hesitate to reach out. I know this neighborhood well and am happy to share my favorite spots for food, drinks, and things to do in Fulton Market and the West Loop.

My family and I had a great stay at Seth’s place! Our 2 grown sons and our daughter in law met us for the long weekend. The place exceeded our expectations and we had a very comfortable stay. We would stay again and I’d definitely recommend Seth’s place.

Seth was absolutely fantastic! Great communication, super friendly, and the place was amazing! The location is right in the heart of West Fulton Market with so much to do and so many great restaurants. The back patio was fantastic with the working fire pit that was super easy to use, which made for a nice relaxing evening. I have zero complaints and would stay here every time I visit Chicago! Super easy to get to all of the Chicago attractions by Uber and walkable to many restaurants and nightlife!

We had a great time at Seth’s place! It’s in a super walkable location right in the middle of Fulton market. So many great restaurants within a small radius. It was a great basecamp for our Chicago trip.

Family of four. Stayed here from a Thursday to Monday. Place is located right on Fulton market. We usually stay in river north but wanted to try a new area. West loop is fantastic. We had a car so the parking spot was very convenient even though we walked to most places. Fulton market in the evenings is very very popular. We have spent time in New York so the city noise didn’t bother us - but very light sleepers beware. We are out mostly but the kitchen seemed well equipped for meals. The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs are very spacious and private as the rest of the rooms are downstairs. The circular staircase is not for the old or infirm. The outdoor patio was a nice bonus although the weather turned cold so we couldn’t enjoy it. All in all we would stay here again.
